Kazakh Week 6

Last week of training for the Kazakhstan team before we embark on our TMC!

Training this week will be light and culminate in the MIR challenge. Drink lots of water and remember to stretch!

Tuesday 10 July 18
Training Plan: West Coast Park Run (Zone 1)
Time to meet: 1845 (Starts 1900 sharp)
Expected end time: 2100
Venue to meet: MPSH
Attire: PT attire, comfortable running shoes

Thursday 12 July 18
Training Plan: Games Day
Time to meet: 1845 (Starts 1900 sharp)
Expected end time: 2100
Venue to meet: MPSH
Attire: PT attire, comfortable running shoes

Saturday 14 July 18
Training Plan: MIR Challenge
Time to meet: 0845 (Starts 0900 sharp)
Expected end time: 1330
Venue to meet: Utown Rock Wall
Additional details: Bring along 10/12kg Weights, harness, prussik cords, snacks/energy gels

Training will carry on in spite of rain. A suitable wet-weather plan will be executed in place of the original training plan.
