Week 13

We are finally in the last week of training!

Thanks to everyone that joined us for training this semester! We hope that you have enjoyed training just as much as we did 🙂 Keep a look out for future trips and events on our Facebook page or Instagram especially for Summer TMC sign ups!!! For this last week will be having easier PT session this week to allow the TMC team to rest up for their rite of passage on 18 November 🙂 All the best for finals and catch you guys next semester!

To the TMC team, good job on making it this far, but the journey has barely just begun! Very proud of all the progress you guys have made as individuals and as a team 🙂 no matter whatever doubts you have, you already made it this far, so just give it your best 😀

Tuesday 12 November 18
Training Plan: West Coast Park Run (Beyond TMC)
Time to meet:  1830 (Starts 1845 sharp)

Attire: PT attire, comfortable running shoes

Thursday 14 November 18
Training Plan: Fun Climb (External Gym)

MIR CHALLENGE

Training will carry on in spite of rain. A suitable wet-weather plan will be executed in place of the original training plan.
