RECESS WEEK (26 FEB – 4 MAR 18) Routine Orders

Hello Mountaineers! In the midst of mugging for mid-terms be sure to keep up with your own fitness and not let your hard work over the past few weeks waste away.

Congrats to those of you who’ve survived MURPH last week! One step closer to Naya Kanga. 🙂

WEDNESDAY 28 FEB 18

Training plan: Bukit Timah Hill (Load: 10KG for men, 8KG for ladies)
Time to meet: 0830
Expected end time: 1130
Venue to meet: Toilets next to the Bukit Timah Hill Visitor Centre
Attire: PT attire, comfortable trekking shoe

Training plan: Dry Jumar
Time to meet: 1900
Expected end time: 2100
Venue to meet: UTown Rock Wall
Attire: PT attire

SATURDAY 3 MAR 18
Training Plan: Bukit Timah Hill (Load: 12KG for men, 10KG for ladies)
Time to meet: 0830 (Starts 0845 sharp)
Expected end time: 1130
Venue to meet: Toilets next to the Bukit Timah Hill Visitor Centre
Attire: PT attire, comfortable trekking shoes

Training will carry on in spite of rain. A suitable wet-weather plan will be executed in place of the original training plan.
