WEEK 6 (19 FEB – 25 FEB 18) Routine Orders

Hands off that cookie jar and BACK TO THE GRIND!!!! Gotta train hard to make our 心想事成 (hehehe)!!!

Final call out to those who wanna make it real this summer. We’re officially closing the intake this week.

Training schedule for this week (Training is compulsory for those joining Summer TMC in May):

MONDAY 19 FEB 18
Training plan: Knots 1
Time to meet: 1900
Expected end time: 2100
Venue to meet: U-Town Rock Wall
Attire: Casual

TUESDAY 20 FEB 18
Training Plan: Cadence Run + Calisthenics
Time to meet: 1830 (Starts 1845 sharp)
Expected end time: 2030
Venue to meet: MPSH1
Attire: PT Attire with comfortable running shoes

THURSDAY 22 FEB 18
Training Plan: MURPH
Time to meet: 1830 (Starts 1845 sharp)
Expected end time: 2000
Venue to meet: MPSH1
Attire: PT Attire with comfortable running shoes

SATURDAY 24 FEB 18 [POSTPONED]
Training Plan: Bukit Timah Hill (Load: 11KG for men, 8KG for ladies)
Time to meet: 0830 (Starts 0845 sharp)
Expected end time: 1130
Venue to meet: Toilets next to the Bukit Timah Hill Visitor Centre
Attire: PT attire, comfortable trekking shoes

Training will carry on in spite of rain. A suitable wet-weather plan will be executed in place of the original training plan.
