Welcome to the second week of training! We’re starting our first Bukit Timah Hill session this week so do remember to come down for all 3 training sessions!

Timing: 1830 – 2100
Location: MPSH 1
Activity: PGP loop & Engine loop (6.5km) + Calisthenics

Thursday
Timing: 1830 – 2100
Location: MPSH 1
Activity: YIH x3 + Calisthenics

Saturday
Timing: 0830 – 1200
Location: Bukit Timah Hill
Activity: 4/4/4(sets) 6kg(weight)
