Week 13

It’s the last week of training for the semester — finally!

Thank you to everyone who’ve trained with us over the past couple of months. Whether it was simply turning up even when you’re swamped with school work or leaving your all every training, it’s been such a pleasure and inspiration tracking your progress.

We’ll have two more sessions this week at the usual timing: a long, easy run to Vivocity through the southern ridges on Tuesday and games on Thursday. Both will be low intensity to allow the Summer TMC team to be well rested for the MIR challenge on Saturday.

TMC team: well done! Preparation is surely the biggest part of any adventure, and we are finally at the end of it. Just one more hurdle to go come Saturday. Very proud of this team!

Quote of the week:

“No dream is too big. No challenge is too great. Nothing we want for our future is beyond our reach.”

–Donald Trump
